By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

By downloading, installing, or using any of our applications, or by visiting our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Aureaty Software Inc. provides mobile applications designed for personal productivity and everyday use. Our current offerings include:

• DayEvery: A todo and task management application designed to help you stay organized and productive every day.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

Some features of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.

All content, features, and functionality of our Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and the overall design — are owned by Aureaty Software Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create within our apps (such as tasks and notes). By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Some features may be available through in-app purchases or subscriptions processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We do not directly process payments.

Refund requests for App Store purchases should be directed to Apple.

7. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use our Services at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aureaty Software Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our Services.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information.
• Any interruption or cessation of our Services.
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through our Services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account through the app or by contacting us at contact@aureatysoftware.com.

Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
